While the wording of our Club Constitution is prescribed by Rotary International, we have much discretion in the "nuts and bolts" operation of our Club. Article 17 of the Constitution specifies that the "club shall adopt bylaws not inconsistent with the constitution and bylaws of RI, . . . and with this constitution, embodying additional provisions for the government of this club. Such bylaws may be amended from time to time as therein provided."
The current Club bylaws were developed from RI's Recommended Rotary Club Bylaws and were adopted by a vote of the members on November 17, 2011.
