Thank you for visiting the Rotary Club of Petaluma’s web site. Our club was established in 1923 and is still a very active contributor to our community’s quality of life.

This year our Rotary International theme is Lend a Hand. The Rotary Club of Petaluma will continue to Lend a Hand to our community throughout ongoing projects like our Literacy Program which each year distributes a dictionary to EVERY third grader within the Petaluma School District. To date we have put dictionaries into the hands of about 4,000 third graders. Our All Day Breakfast in May supports a variety of community projects like our Children’s Christmas party, where we donate clothing and toys to our less fortunate children. This year and next, our February Crab Feed will provide the funds for projects like the restoring of the playground equipment at our community’s oldest park, Walnut Park, in the heart of our downtown. We also will continue to Lend a Hand to our international projects around the world.

Again, thank you for visiting with us. Our club is over 100 members strong. If you would like more information about the club or becoming a member, please contact me or our club’s Secretary, Steve Olmsted. The benefits of giving to your community are boundless. Please join in and Lend a Hand to make Petaluma an even stronger community.
